Wayne Provision operates under a continuum contract to provide Level 2 and Level 3 services in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Children's Services across the state to serve and care for youth in Tennessee foster care. 

Wayne Provision works to provide a temporary, caring, supported home environment for eligible youth until reunification or a plan for permanency is achieved. 

We envision a Tennessee where HOPE is restored through offering safe, loving, and skilled foster families to meet the needs and provide for the overall wellbeing of children in care.
